Our Story
Meet our Founder
Founder and CEO, Noëlli Isidora is passionate about designs and digital
marketing. As a teenager she was often at her drawing table working on all
kinds of drawings and creating illustrations. During her International Business
and Management Studies at the University of Curaçao, Noëlli developed a
greater passion for graphic design and marketing.
While in her graduation year, when conducting research for her thesis on the
subject of business startups, Noëlli was able to conclude that the startups'
survival rate in Curaçao is drastically low during the first three years of the
company's existence. The research provided that the main reasons for the low
survival rate included: the absence of an effective business plan, inconsistent
marketing approach, lack of knowledge about the various steps required,
paperwork and guidance related to business formalities. These findings inspired
her to help entrepreneurs with their startup business by contributing with her
knowledge and experience.
Noëlli quickly started a one-man business (eenmanszaak) and build her own
startup company named Design 4 You, with the aim to inspire and assist other
entrepreneurs on their journey to success with their startup business. Her one-man
business quickly grew into a successful business. Together with her
business partners they transformed the one-man business into a private limited
liability company (B.V.), rebranded it to FIIKS & Co. and expanded its services
to better fit the clients’ needs and wishes.
In addition to managing her company and assisting entrepreneurs with their
startup business, Noëlli is also currently pursuing her master degree in Business
Communication and Digital Media at the University of Tilburg in the Netherlands.
